Pavel Shuvalov is Chief Technology Officer at Devnull FZCO. He was Analytics Lead at the TON Foundation, where he authored TON-ETL — a full indexing pipeline that powers the public TON data lake on the AWS Open Data Registry. He co-founded re:doubt as CTO, contributed a BoC parser in plain SQL to the Dune Analytics Spellbook, and is a contributor to the TON-Labels public dataset.

He has placed in the TON Smart Challenges (#3, silver) and teaches modern C++, Java/Spring microservices, and data engineering to graduate students.

At ForesightFlow he leads on-chain forensics infrastructure: wallet feature extraction, cross-market behavioural panels, and the data layer that feeds the ILS detector.
