Abstract
This paper specifies a prospectively frozen analysis plan and venue-emulator methodology for evaluating event-margin protocols. It separates a pathwise lower proceeds envelope used in a formal debt-clearing theorem from a probabilistic lower prediction bound used in empirical validation; distinguishes quoted, matched, settled, and redeemed value; and defines observation units, clocks, eligibility criteria, validity gates, and no-go outcomes. The deterministic Internal-Alpha component is a bounded technical-pilot design for synthetic paths, not evidence of live execution, settlement latency, demand, yield, default probability, or production readiness.
